What is Surefront?

Surefront is a B2B communication solution for wholesale buyers and sellers. We pick up where traditional PLMs have left off, enabling sellers and buyers to communicate in a single visually appealing shared space where all messages, product lines, RFQs, order adjustments and POs take place and are organized in simple and easily retrievable fashion.

Surefront is much more than a traditional PLM but still has many similar functions. Even if you use a tool that allows you to easily share a digital catalog you still do not have the ability to build quotes, finalize purchase orders, customize products, and collaborate within that digital catalog. What are the costs and fees?

Yes! Surefront is free for a single account with one user and you will never have to pay any costs or fees unless you transition to a team or enterprise account with multiple users. 

Surefront offers free individual accounts for attendees of our monthly webinar series. Please contact us at support@surefront.com to register for the next webinar. For all other accounts the pricing plan is as follows: 

  • Individual account, $99/user/month.
  • Team account, $199/user/month for Sales or PD feature (50% discount during the pandemic).
  • Business account, contact for pricing. 
  • Enterprise account, contact for pricing.

There is an onboarding fee for Enterprise accounts that varies depending on the size of the company and therefore the scale of the onboarding process. Please contact us at support@surefront.com for further details. 

There is no onboarding fee for Individual accounts. 

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your account, please reach out to us in the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen or at support@surefront.com. 

Surefront will credit your account $99 for every new user you refer that creates their own Team or Enterprise account.

How do I get started?

If you are looking to create an Individual or Team account please click on the "Sign Up" button on the top right of the home screen which will allow you to immediately create an account today. If you are looking to create an Enterprise account please contact us at support@surefront.com

Surefront makes it easy upload new individual products or your entire product catalog through our "bulk upload" tool. In a matter of minutes you can have your complete catalog in Surefront. 

It's a simple process once you're a Surefront user. Go to "user accounts" in your menu bar then click on "new user". You will see a prompt stating that new users cost $99 per month. Enter your billing info and click "agree". Finally, enter your new team member's email address and set permissions. Done!

Yes! Surefront will integrate with any ERP system. We built Surefront to be a Shared Technology used by partners across the globe and with all manner of systems of records, so it is built for enterprise-scale, industrial use and maximum flexibility.

Yes! Surefront is an SAP Partner with the Surefront Connector for SAP Business One that lets you synchronize your product catalog, inventory, purchase and sales orders automatically between Surefront and SAP.

Our goal is to unify communications and workflows for your internal and external teams. To help our clients best achieve this goal, Surefront is built to facilitate integration with ERP, DAM, PLM and PIM systems.

How does Surefront compare?
